How far would God go to demonstrate God’s love for us?
That question was answered tonight during a Good Friday observance I participated in.
As it came
time for me to pound a nail into a beam as we remembered Jesus being nailed to the cross, I was brought low by the retelling of Jesus’ sacrifice. Such a simple thing to swing a hammer. I could hardly stand to do it. So, I don’t feel the need to add anything to this story. Instead, if you want to know how far Jesus went for us all, I invite you to listen to a song shared tonight and read/reread the story for yourself.
